Abstract:

Abstract: Nowadays high-quality, health food is what people look forward to. With grading method of quantitative indicators, the selection among a number of millet varieties adapts to people's quality, health care needs of agricultural products. The items including test results, yield, field performance and millet soup tasting were quantified, in the degree of their importance and rank, and then graded the quality of millet varieties.This selection method of high-quality varieties are the first in the local area. At the same time, the quantification method has selected five characteristic, high-quality millet varieties which have great potential to promote in the local.
