Abstract:

Abstract: A determination method of S-metolachlor residue was established by GC equipped with a ECD detector. The sample was extracted by n-hexane, cleaned by florisil-SPE column. The average recoveries of the method ranged from 84.47％～105.92％，and the coefficient of variation was 0.87％～7.81％. The lowest detectable concentration of soil, plant and bean were 0.01mg?kg-1, respectively. The sensitivity, accuracy and precision of this method were satisfied for pesticide residue analysis.
