Abstract:

Abstract: When the seedling of wheat seeds were stressed by lysine and threonine, the results found that the growth of roots of the seedling was suppressed seriously, but the growth of leaf lightly under the concentration of 5 mmol/l . When stress was on by synergies of both of lysine and threonine, the phenomenon of cooperation inhibition could be prestent. In comparison, high-protein variety might tolerate the stress at higher concentration of amino acid then the low-protein variety. Determination of free amino acid content in the stressed plants by HPLC found that the stress amino acid had 3~10 time of accumulation, and the cognation amino acids had 2-3 times of accumulations, and the related amino acids had also 1~2 times of accumulations in comparison with control.
