Abstract:
Abstract : Two cultivars significantly different in color difference’s a/b of fruit surface were used for the study of inheritance pattern of lycopene content in tomato fruit. Combination analysis of six generations proved that the most suitable hereditability models of lycopene estimated by color difference’s a/b of fruit surface was B_1_1,namely, the inheritance of this trait was dominated by two pairs of additive-dominance-epistasis major genes and the major genes hereditability in B1, B2 and F2 were 50.31%, 65.15% and 32.77%.
