Abstract:

RAPD-PCR is a fast, effective way to identification of DNA variation from the nucleic acid level,It is widely used at molecular level detection in plants. In this paper, using SDS method and CTAB method Extraction of Limonium aureum Genomic DNA, Screening fit methods for genomic DNA extraction, different Mg2 + concentrations and different annealing temperature conditions impact of RAPD, established for the analysis of Limonium aureum Genomic DNA a simple and effective method of RAPD.
