Cloning of Phytoene desaturase(Pds) promoter

Abstract:

the DNA fragment of tomato phytoene desaturase gene promoter (Pds) was isolated from the tomato genome DNA through the nested PCR. Sequence analysis showed that the sequence of the promoter is the same with the sequence published on the GenBank(U46919).
