Abstract:

Abstract：Different host pressure of Curvularia lunata on temperature，pH carbon source， nitrogen source and light condition were studied and determined the pathogenicity heterogeneity to the strains of maize Curvularia．The results showed that there were obvious differences of pathogenicity among the different strains，and the different strains could produce different types of disease spots on the same differential host．There were differences of disease spots in their size， shape．That explained why there was distinct phenomenon of pathogenicity heterogeneity among the strains．The colony features optium carbon，nitrogen source and pH of different pathogenic type of Curvularia lunata were difference．
