Abstract:

Abstract:Based on the traditional classification of molecular marker techniques, two new kinds of ideas for classification of molecular marker techniques were proposed in this paper (I and II). Combined with related literature, the concepts of four major sub-types of molecular markers (II) were defined. Additionally, we focused on introduction of theoretical and technical background which resulted in the target molecular marker technologies. Ultimately, we listed representative of target molecular marker techniques and showed related information.
