Abstract:
We observed of the result that different chromosome number male sterile lines of oilseed rape and Brassica campestris male sterile line with both Brassica campestris and oilseed rape hybridization, observing and analyzing the hybridization process of seed development, analysis of different combinations F1 of the pod and seed and seed development of specific.The results showed that: more number of chromosomes in male sterile lines of oilseed rape as female parent, hybrid affinity significantly higher than the few number of chromosomes in Brassica female parent male sterile line of hybrid combinations do; although the seed-setting rate much lower than the combination of non-distant hybridization , but the end of seed development are mostly normal; and a small number of chromosomes in the sterile line as female parent cabbage with chromosome number of Brassica napus for hybridization, in the process of embryo development, there are serious genetic disorder, which Hybrid seed pollination difficult process, not fertilization, embryo death, have yet to develop mature seeds that germinate in the pod, such as in specific circumstances.
