Abstract:
Fourteen different types of bags were chosen to study the effects of fruit bagging on fruit quality of Fengshui pear cultivar.The results showed that bagging can improve significantly peel color and smoothness and quantity and size of fruit dot of Fengshui pear,but single fruit weight and edible part of bagged fruit reduced.Soluble solids content and soluble sugar content decreased significantly,titratable acid content keeps unchanged,but reducing Vc and fruit hardness increased significantly after bagging. L2-3 is the best choice through comprehensive comparison.
