Abstract:

Fusarium wilt is a fatal disease in banana’s growth. In recent years, the disease spread very quickly in banana’s main growth zone, however, there were no effective measures to deal with it. In this research, we find some normal growth banana trees in perennial banana garden which have been infected seriously with fusarium wilt.We don’t know the reason because of the same breed in this garden. Thus, we separate the endogenetic microorganism from banana tree, and we find bacteria are dominating in these microorganism. In these bacterias, some secrete chitinase which can restrain the pathogen’s growth especially in culture medium made of banana lixivium. The phenomenon provide an good idea for biocontrol against Fusarium wilt.
