Abstract:

Rule-of-law culture is a progressive culture pattern,which includes the basic thoughts of law superiority, standard of right, the practical requirements of freedom, equality, democracy and power restraint. Nurturing rule-of-law culture with the fundamental, strategic importance is the most fundamental and crucial in Building Harmonious New Countryside. Government should play a leading role in nurturing rule-of-law culture of Harmonious New Countryside.
