Abstract:

The current situation and main problems of the Troops Construction of Special Technical Talents in Agriculture are analyzed and studied by quantitative and qualitative methods. The suggestions and strategies are put forward in order to accelerate the troops construction of Special Technical Talents in Agriculture.
