Abstract:

The effect was researched when Fusarium orthoceras App. et Wr. var. longius (Sherb.) Wr. growed in different temperature, or on medium which were different to pH value, nitrogen source or carbon source. The temperature experiment showed that the optimum growth temperature for the mycelial ranged from 25℃ to 28℃,the suitable temperature ranged from 22℃ to 28℃, the optimum temperature for spore germination was 21℃. pH value experiment showed that the optimum growth pH value was 7.7-8.7. Nitrogen source experiment showed that the optimum growth nitrogen source was peptone. Carbon source experiment showed that the optimum growth carbon source was lactose.
