To find antifatigue material from fungi and provide experimental evidence for their application in antifatigue drug and functional food ,this experiment was done. The evaluation of antifatigue function of fungi was studied by the detection of swimming endurance and biochemical indexes. The results showed that Lentinus edodes, etc.could improve the swimming performance of mice , decrease the content of blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and blood lactic acid. It can be considered that all of them can enhance antifatigue function according to related rules.
