Abstract:

In order to reveal soil biochemical environment of underground in Corn intecropping system, Using field experiment, the dynamic Changes in activities of three kinds of rhizosphere soil enzyme were assayed during different growth-stages of corn in different intercropping system. The results showed that,(1)As the development of the corn, the activities of rhizosphere urease, hydrodgen peroxidase and akline phosphatase peaked at bugle stage in the 4 treatments: single maize and maize intercropping with sunflower, peanut or sweet potato;(2) During the whole life of corn, the activities of urease, hydrodgen peroxidase in the 4 treatments showed:maize|| peanut>maize || sweet potato>maize ||sunflower>single maize, and the difference is significant (p<0.05)at bugle stage. The akline phosphatase activity in the maize || peanut is higher than that in the single maize with the growth of corn, Moreover, the maize|| sunflower showed the same regularity at seeding stage and maturity, but which in the maize||sweet potato is lower than in the single maize, except for bugle stage; (3)Intercropping system had significantly higher yield.
