Abstract:

The natural antioxidant can effcetively scavenge free radicals and protect body healty. It has become an inevitable trend to find highly-efficient, low-priced and low-toxicitied antioxidant from natural plants. This article summarizes research progress of the components which plays the antioxidant function come from nature plant in order to provide theoretics basics for the exploiture and utilization of the active antioxidant from natural plants.
