Abstract:

In order to study and master the law of the occurrence of diseases and prevention and treatment of diseases better,In this study, temperature, pH, light, carbon and nitrogen source on colony growth, as well as different types of fungicides on Fusarium acuminatum of Polygonatum odoratum to study antibacterial activity. The results showed that the optimum temperature was 28℃, and the optimum pH for hyphae growth was 7.0. The treatment of whole illumination could restrain the growth of mycelium, the alternation of darkness and light could promote mycelium growth. The growth of colony was the best with soluble starch as the carbon source, and glycine as the nitrogen source. Organic fungicides on Fusarium acuminatum pathogen of the inhibitory effect is the best.
