Study on smoking quality and region difference of Puer flue-cured tobacco

Abstract:

Puer flue-cured tobacco Smoking qualities were synthetically evaluated and analyzed by statistics. The conclusions were as follows: Aroma quantity, smoke concentration, physiological strength, after-taste, combustibility, ash color of lower leaves were consistent. Aroma quality, aroma quantity, undesirable taste, physiological strength, biting taste, combustibility, ash color of cutter leaves were consistent. Aroma quantity, physiological strength, biting taste, after-taste, combustibility, ash color of upper leaves were consistent. All of them were common sensing characters of Puer flue-cured tobacco. The smoking quality of Mojiang country Yutang village was best, and all smoking targets of upper leaves, cutter leaves, and lower leaves were preceding. The smoking quality of Ninger country Mengxian village and Zhenyuan country Jiujia village was in the next place.
