Abstract:

The physiological and biochemical indexes were studied in cucumber seedling roots grafted on 6 rootstock varieties and self-rooted cucumbers infected by Meloidogyne incognita. The results showed that the protective enzymes (SOD, POD, CAT, APX) activities and root activity of the grafted plants were significantly higher than those in the roots of self-rooted plants, while the electrotyle leakage and the content of MDA is lower. Nematode resistance of cucumber seedlings grated on different rootstocks were different, and the tolerance size is DTT-RS-39 > Modified-Fiery Phoenix > Juejinglong >Fiery Phoenix > Youqingtaimu > Black Seed Pumpkin.
