Abstract:

Abstract: The participatory development theory originated from the traditional development model of reflection and the aiding to developing countries. It provides a new theoretical perspective to address the issue of rural development. The Fifth Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party proposes the major historic task of building a new socialist rural, which is a long and arduous social system project and may require extensive participation and support. Based on the theory of participatory development theory and the new problems in building new rural in Tibet, the question of how to establish participatory development mechanism of building new rural in Tibet is raised from two aspects.
