Abstract: Mixing Pesticides synergist with the chemical pesticides will reduce dosage of the chemical pesticide and the amount of pesticide residues. In the present study, the changes of the absorption and conduction of triadimefon in wheat in vivo were investigated after mixed with Jiabeisha, a pesticides synergist through by chromatographic analysis. The results showed that when the ratio between the total solids of triadimefon to the volume of Jiabeisha is to 1.5g/mL, the rates of absorption and conduction of triadimefon were improved 30% and 35% after 7 and 14 days treated respectively, although the amount of triadimefon reduced 40%. . Most important, the mixture also delays the decomposition of triadimefon in wheat, and extends the actuation duration, so as to achieve the better effect.
