Abstract:

Abstact: The variety of Vitis vinifera, named Red Globe was used in the experiment to study the qualities of fruit in different trellis and loading amount. The result shows that the cultivation style of stereo trellis have more advantages than other trellis in single berry weight, TSS and the ratio of TSS to TA, but less acid content. Pn rate of stereo trellis are very significantly higher than that of other trellis（P<0.01）. Pn of leaves have high positive correlation with weight per berry and total sugar content. The weight per berry have positively significant correlation with total sugar content and the ratio of TSS to TA, while have negatively significant correlation with total acid content. Total sugar content and the ratio of TSS to TA show high positive correlation. The light utilization and quality of grape wiht 8-10 ind/m2 new shoot of stereo trellis is proper.
