ndividual Identification With STR Loci in Dairy Cattle

Abstract: Four short random repeat loci (BM1862、BM2113、BM720 and TGLA122) were used for individual identification of two pieces of frozen semen lack of marks and four bulls. The results showed a power of discrimination of 0.9999, suggesting that the four STR loci can be used as preferred sites for supervision of bovine frozen semen quality testing, individual identification and paternity test in dairy cattle.
