Abstract:

Abstract：Employing mRNA purified from the total RNA of latex in Clone 7-33-97 Hevea brasiliensis treated by 0.1% jasmonic acid (JA), a JA-induced expressed cDNA library was constructed from latex in Hevea Brasiliensis. The titer of primary library is 1.9×106 pfu/mL. The sizes of inserted fragments in the vector were between 500-5000bp, the average size was about 1 kb. These data indicates that this cDNA Library has a high quality, and therefore provides a useful tool for the cloning of JA responsive genes in latex of Hevea brasiliensis.
