Abstract: Abstract：The study aimed to analyze effects of three different types of nitrogen fertilizer on nodule growth characteristics and yields of Yu dou 29 soybean in the field conditions.The results showed that with three different types of nitrogen fertilizer treatment，It had different magnitude higher than the contrast,in the quanity and volume of rhizobium at all times,and in the quality traits at maturity. The NH2-N treatment(urea) compared with other treatments had the highest. With NH2-N treatment(urea) ,it can significantly promote the growth of rhizobia, Including the number and volume，at late birth particularly.It could also stimulate the growth of soybean,improved the quality traits of soybean.
