Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to analyze the connotation of benefit evaluation of rural collective construction land reclamation,and to set up indictors to evaluate the benefit of the projects;Multi-factors Evaluation Method is adopted to establish the index system and derived index score of benefit evaluation on rural collective construction land reclamation.Analytical hierarchy process is performed to determine index weigh;The results show that:(1)the benefit evaluation for rural collective construction land reclamation project can be analyzed from economic,social,ecological and landscape aspect;(2)the cases of one street and two towns in Chongqing Rongchang County show the rural collective construction land reclamation project has obtained sound economic effect,whereas the social, ecological and landscape effect are not so obvious relatively; It is concluded that we should establish standard indictor evaluation system and a long term mechanism of evaluation on rural collective construction land reclamation project.
