Abstract:

The communique of The Third Session of the seventeenth central committee of the Party points out cracking hard issues of the rural development by new concepts and thinking, greatly promoting the innovation and strengthening the system construction in rural areas. Subsequently, under the unified arrangements of the central bank, and the China Banking Regulatory Commission, pilot projects to introduce rural land mortgages in rural areas are gradually launched in some provinces (autonomous regions). Through field research and current collections of a large number of materials of rural mortgage loans, author summarizes the current developing state, features and risks of China's rural mortgage land, and painstakingly puts forward the suggestions.
