Application Study of Flash animation on peasants’ popular science education

Abstract: The Flash animation is one of the most common form and realization methods in digital popular science education. Taking Flash’s advantages on technology, production and broadcasting into account, a brand new educational mode on basis of rural families was proposed to improve farmers’ science and culture quality.Investigations were carried out on current educational methods and forms at Beijing suburb,which is followed by a comparison study on the target users and the actual effect of Flash animation on popular science education. As a conclusion, a new pattern for popular science education is proposed, which takes the family as a unit and the Flash animation as a carrier. This is also expected to supplement the existing farmer educational forms. Some concrete promotion measures are also proposed at the end.
