Abstract: As an important organizational form,Agricultural products processing industry cluster in the agricultural and rural economic development, play an important role in economic development, while technical innovation is the source of sustainable development on the industrial clusters. Therefore, the study of technological innovation in promoting the development of agro-processing industry cluster is great significance. In this paper, we find some problems on technological innovation of the agricultural product processing industry cluster in Heilongjiang Province and Proposed countermeasures to solve the problem.
