Abstract:

The status, law and causes of nitrite residues in tea were analyzed.From the scientific use of nitrogen fertilizer,balanced fertilization,precision fertilizer,breeding of germplasm resources with low nitrite accumulation aspects, mitigating countermeasures of nitrite residues in non-polluted tea were presented.
