Abstract:

Abstract: This paper summarizes the Rose Research and development trends in China and abroad, as well as the rose essential technical operations of tissue culture. It elaborates the axillary buds germination, organogenesis, somatic embryogenesis in three ways of Rose tissue culture system and establishment, and discusses the problems and recommendations the Rose tissue culture in the process.
