Abstract:

Abstract：The idea of inclusive finance pays attention to the vulnerable groups to enjoy the rights of financial services, which is being accepted for all sectors of society. This paper explains the positioning , development status and prospects, difficulties and solutions of rural finance from inclusive finance perspective, and raises the suggestions and measures from many aspects like increasing subsidies for new-type rural financial institutions , setting up incentive and constraint mechanisms, establishing coordinated development mechanisms, and so on.
