Abstract:

Sewage sludge is the by-products of the urban wastewater treatment. The components of sewage complex, if not well treated, it is easily produce second pollution. Used the orthogonal design with 4 factors and 3 levels，the experiment tested day growth rate and day cocoon production of earthworm of Eisenia fetida. Maintain a constant moisture content, studied the effect of the temperature, the density of the Eisenia fetida, the carbon nitrogen ratio of sewage sludge as well as the EM recruitment on the the growth and reproduction of Eisenia fetida. The results showed that the best ecological condition of the Eisenia fetida decomposition the sewage sludge were：When the temperature was 22 ℃, the density of Eisenia fetida was 0.1 g/ cm2, the carbon nitrogen ratio of sewage sludge was 20, EM recruitment was 0.1%, the Eisenia fetida have the best growth rate and the reproduction effect.So Determined the best ecological conditions for the earthworm deal with sewage sludge.
