Eco-agricultural tourism can not only improve the benefits of using agricultural resources, but also can develop the third industry, shift surplus labor forces of rural areas and increase peasants' income. On the basis of discussing the background and conditions of jasmine flowers ecological tourism in Hengxian county of Guangxi, the essay provides developing ways of jasmine flowers ecological tourism，as well as the countermeasures.
