Abstract:

Conception is very important to science communication and science research. In allusion to controversy on the conception of desertization among scientists, the author refers to a lot of literatures and analyzes diverse of conceptions of desertizcation and its reasons in the paper. This study has found out that divarication on the conception of desertization is due to its cause; while deserts and sands in the north of china have positive and passive process owing to natural and artificial reasons; and the conception of desertization is that wind power results in sandy desertification.
