Abstract:

In order to study remediation of fungi on petroleum-contaminated soil, two fungi which were isolated from the petroleum polluted salt alkaloid soil with the petroleum degeneration ability were mixed with humic acid to form the microbial inoculum. The degradation efficiency, polyphenol oxidase activity and microbial diversity of the soil were monitored in pot experiments periodically. The results showed that in the case of tested the soil total petroleum hydrocarbon content of 2.1×104 mg/kg, the total concentration of petroleum hydrocarbon decreased by 33.13% after 56 days of incubation, which was 1.69 times higher than that of CK; polyphenol oxidase activity increased 41.94% than that of CK, stimulating both the abundance and diversity of soil microbe. As a result, this paper had demonstrated the effectiveness of the two strains of fungi on petroleum-contaminated soil.
