Abstract:

The Agriculture Listed Companies represents the management efficiency of the agricultural organizations，these companies` performance and efficiency of capital operations play an important role in the development of the agriculture. The paper utilizes data envelopment analysis (DEA) to research the operational efficiency of 24 Agriculture Listed Companies in 2009 ，based on the financial statement of these companies. The results have proved that 24 Listed companies in the field of agricultural have relatively small scales，low operational efficiency and a large space for improvement. The managers should enlarge the scales, increase the outputs, optimizes the configuration of resources.
