Abstract:

: In order to assess the situation of china cooperatives and give some constructive suggestions for their future development, the paper firstly discussed the charactics of the farmer cooperatives and emerging problems based on the literatures during its developing process.Secondly,the paper discussed obstruction factors on farmer professional cooperation by literature study .The paper found that local culture and government intervention restricted the development of the farmer cooperatives.
