Abstract: In Jianxing, rural professional cooperative economic organization taking on a new and good tendence in development. It plays an important role in agriculture, and it also help to settle the matter of agriculture, rural area and peasant’s life. During the organization developing, we must keep our eyes on to the problems emerged from it. The article makes suggestion to develop the rural professional cooperative economic organization rapidly and steadily.
