Abstract:

Abstract：From the major factors of funds restricting the development of agriculture with special characteristics and the attentions of venture capital to modern agriculture at the present stage, this paper analyzed the action of the introduction of venture capital in the process of industrialization of agriculture with special characteristics. In the paper, there are also some countermeasures to use venture capital in agriculture with special characteristics, so as to create suitable environmental conditions and new impetus for modern agricultural development.
