Abstract:

In order to study the effect of the tobacco baking which energy supply by gas, we compared the influence of the way of energizes supply, burning coal(BC) and burning fuel(BF), to the room temperature and the quality of tobacco, and also the energy consumptions of two way has analyzed in this paper. The result of the experiment showed that, BF is better than BC in the processes of achieve the establishment temperature and the stability of temperature in certain time; Also BF can reduce dry material loss, enhances single leaf weight、average price and quality of tobacco, reduces the starch content, and the starch content of tobacco in the process of BF is less than BC process, 55.4% on the middle and 70.7% on the upside，and could obviously improve the ingredient content of the eggplant alkone and β-Malaysian alkone fragrance. Finally BF processing saved the roasting cost in energy consumption, 1.03 yuan/kg on the middle and 0.99 yuan/kg on the upside.
