Abstract: The core of a new socialist countryside construction was Farmers education. Farmers education was the key that cultivates a large number of new-style farmers with a certain degree of professional knowledge, who can stay in the countryside and be used suitably.“Shenyang technology training project for rural youth” implemented by the universities and local governments has explored the new technology training model of “government-funded, university training, farmers benefit from”and built a training platform for the new socialist countryside construction.
