The Photosynthesis Study of Hydroponic Sweet-potato

Abstract:

Using LI-6400 photosynthetic analyzer to measure NFT sweet-potato, edible sweet potato Nanshu 88, dual-purpose sweet potato Xushu 18, special using of sweet potato Nanzishu 008, and using the angle hyperbolic model to fitting the photosynthesis physical parameters of three kinds of sweet potato. The results showed as following: There were differences in light response curve characteristic parameters of different types of sweet potato. It was the highest photosynthesis potential in edible type sweet potato (Nanshu 88), and appropriate high-density community superiority to reach high yield. Xushu 18 had higher adaptability to illumination and appropriate higher density community superiority to reach high yield. Nanzishu 008 photosynthetic potential and light adaptability were the weakest of weak light, the highest rate, but it was the highest rate of weak light, suitable for intercropping and under-cropping to improve high yield. There was similar change in different types of sweet potato. The influence of Gs and Tr to Pn were very significant positive correlation, Ci of sweet potato Pn of significant negative correlation effect. Stoma of Nanzishu 008 opened quickly in the lower light, and Tr increased fast, then Pn strengthen. The Gs and Ci of Nanshu 88 were biggest under high light, probable it was the reason of high Pn of Nanshu 88. Reveal the difference on optical utilizing in different types of sweet potato, and provide theoretical based on the general and specific field research of sweet-potato.
