Abstract: Abstract: In this study ,The genetic relationship of 37 pear germplasm resources was evaluated by Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA（RAPD）technique. 27 arbitrary primers used in the study were screened from 80 ones. According to the data of RAPD-PCR, the cluster analysiswas done by the SPSS 11?0 forW indows.The result of cluster analysis showed that there were significant genetic differences among the different pear cultivars , the relationship between Dangshansu pear and their sports “97-05-9” was so close that they were clustered in the same groups,, and 18 characteristic bands between “Dangshansu peaf”and “97-05-9”were amplified in 14 primers by RAPD-PCR.
