Abstract:

Emissions of greenhouse gas caused a series of environmental problems such as climate change, that’s a potential threat to human living environment, and how to reduce greenhouse gas emissions has become a hot issue. A large number of studies showed that farmland had great potential for carbon sequestration, how to use reasonable measures to make agricultural land as an effective carbon sink became the focus of agricultural ecology. In this paper, recent researches about effects on soil organic carbon sequestration produced by agricultural practices such as tillage methods, fertilization and planting system were overviewed. the current status of research of agricultural soil carbon sequestration were summarized, the influence of different agricultural practices on soil carbon sequestration and its mechanism were analyzed, and problems in current researches were also analyzed, the target that need to be strengthened and deepened in the future research were summed up and suggested, with a view to provide some help for the future research and agricultural carbon sequestration.
