Study on Preparation and Properties of Phosphoric Agricultural Absorbent Resin

Abstract:

【OBJECTIVE】In order to repair soil moisture, remit the influence to crops and forest that was brought by drought, prepared a kind of phosphoric agricultural absorbent resin;【METHOD】The resin was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization, adopted N,N'-methylene-bis-acrylamide as crosslinking agent, ammonium persulfate as initiator dosage, acrylamide(AM) and part-neutralised acrylic acid(AA) as raw material, during this preparation added some phosphorus power; 【RESULTS】After the system experiments,when the polymerization temperature was 75oC, the neutralization degree of acrylic acid was 60%,the concentration of acrylic acid was 15%, the ratio between acrylamide and acrylic acid was 4:1, the amount of initiator dosage was 0.5%,the amount of crosslinker agent was 0.02%,the amount of phosphorus power was 10 , the water absorption was 621g/g and 52.71g/g in distilled water and saline water;【CONCLUSION】Through this experiment, phosphoric agricultural absorbent resin was prepared, it not only good for water retention ,but also good for release phosphorus after a long run, which was do well in agriculture, even it was do well in environmental protection.
