Abstract:

Abstract: This paper analyzes the historical causes of the rural financial system in foreign countries and Taiwan province. According to the attitude changes of different governments in the process of develop the rural finance, it pointed out the necessity of develop and support the rural financial cooperatives. This paper shows the frame of new type of rural financial service system in China, and it offers some practical suggestion and solution on how to develop the rural cooperative finance as well.
