Abstract:
Brassica napus L. is one of the most important oil crops in the world. Based on three kinds of Rapeseed of Brassica napus L. with different lodging resistance, this paper analyzed the stem microstructure of resistant lodging and lodging rape, and studied the influence of the N, P and K on medium resistant lodging rape. The results showed that cells in xylem of ‘Zhongshuang 9’ (the longitudinal section) was lined linearly along the direction of stem growth, and became more regularly and closely than XYY2, whose length to width ratio of cells (the cross-section) >2, however, lots of cells (the longitudinal section) in xylem were lined irregularly, whose length to width ratio of cells of XYY2 (the cross-section) <2, which arrayed irregularly. The rays of vascular cylinder of ‘Zhongshuang 9’ cross cambium, but ones of XYY2 did not. It was helpful for growth of keratincytes of exodermis so as to enhance lodging resistance for application of N, P and K fertilizers.
