蔬菜施用沼渣有机无机复混肥的降污优化技术研究

Optimized Technique of Reducing Pollution by Appling Organic-inorganic Compound Fertilizer of Biogas Residues on Vegetables

摘要: 沼渣有机无机复混肥是一种具有双层结构的颗粒状新型肥料。本研究通过田间试验,探讨该新型肥料在蔬菜上的适宜用量以及进一步降低菜田氮磷淋失的优化技术。结果表明,配施沼渣有机无机复混肥显著提高了结球甘蓝菜、芥菜和空心菜产量,在试验条件下,结球甘蓝菜和芥菜配施沼渣有机质的最佳用量为600kg/hm2,空心菜则为450kg/ hm2。在配施沼渣有机无机复混肥时,适宜的钾肥用量和比例可进一步提高结球甘蓝菜和空心菜产量和显著降低土柱渗漏水硝态氮和总磷浓度,结球甘蓝菜和空心菜的最佳N:P2O5:K2O比例分别为1:0.3:1.3和1:0.5:0.7。在芥菜和结球甘蓝菜轮作制中,化肥结合沼渣有机肥的推荐施肥模式比习惯施肥分别增产5.1%和11.9%,净增收分别提高3.9%和11.5%;两季蔬菜的氮、磷肥综合表观利用率平均提高了12.5%和12.4%,土柱渗漏水硝态氮和总磷浓度分别只有习惯施肥的53.3%和84.6%。研究结果为新型沼渣有机无机复混肥的推广应用提供了科学依据。

Abstract: Organic-inorganic compound fertilizer of Biogas Residues is a new granular fertilizer with two-layer structure. This study, through field experiment, was to explore the appropriate amount of this new fertilizer on vegetables and the optimization techniques to further reduce leaching of nitrogen and phosphorus in vegetable fields. The results indicated that, the combined application of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer of Biogas Residues would significantly increase yields of head cabbage, leaf mustard and water spinach. Under the experimental conditions, the optimum amount of combined application of organic matter of biogas residue for head cabbage and leaf mustard was 600kg/hm2, while for water spinach 450kg/ hm2. When combined application of organic-inorganic compound fertilizer of Biogas Residues, appropriate amount and ratio of potash fertilizer would further improve the yield of head cabbage and water spinach, as well as significantly lower concentration of nitrate nitrogen and total phosphorus in soil column of water percolation. Best ratio of N:P2O5:K2O for head cabbage and water spinach were 1:0.3:1.3 and 1:0.5:0.7 respectively. At leaf mustard and head cabbage rotation system, the recommended fertilizer mode of chemical fertilizer combined with biogas residues increased yields by 5.1% and 11.9% respectively compared with conventional fertilization, and increase net income by 3.9% and 11.5% respectively; total apparent digestibility of nitrogen and phosphorus for double-cropping vegetables had an average increase of 12.5% and 12.4%, while the concentration of nitrate nitrogen and total phosphorus in soil column of water percolation was only 53.3% and 84.6% compared to conventional fertilization. The results provide a scientific basis for application of the new organic-inorganic compound fertilizer of Biogas Residues.
